The Weekend Wedding Package offerings :

  • Venue Rental Friday 2 PM until Sunday 2 PM

  • Seating and tables provided for wedding and reception up to 500 guests. (Linens, plates or glassware not provided)

  • Multiple Scenic Outdoor wedding site options, large tent included in courtyard for inclement weather option

  • Ample Parking

  • Honeymoon Cabin

  • Groom’s Cabin

  • Bride’s Cabin

  • Texas Hall (Main Reception Hall with dance floor, professional event lighting and built in bar)

  • Bluebonnet Hall (Cocktail hour Hall with high top tables, porch and outdoor bistro area, built in bar and commercial kitchen)

  • Outside lighted courtyard with elegant lighted 80x40 foot high peak tent over beautiful artificial turf

  • 8000 square foot elegant event barn available in 2024

  • Space for rehearsal dinner included

  • Professional PA speakers with microphone. Professional DJ/Dance Floor lighting system installed and included in Texas Hall. Music systems in all spaces

  • Multiple Basketball hoops, volleyball court, Gaga ball, corn hole

  • 15 private toilets available in Main public venue areas (Most disabled accessible).  Many more on site in lodging areas. Showers in all cabins

  • On site assistance available day of event, but must provide your own wedding coordinator/planner
     

Total Cost: $8000 plus applicable taxes

  • Initial booking deposit $2000                                                      

  • Second deposit 6 months prior $2000                                        

  • Final Payment 45 days prior $4000 plus all applicable taxes
     

Total cost is for up to 200 guests. For each 50 extra guests add $500 up to 500 guests.

Rental Requirements:
 

  • Must have Wedding planner/coordinator

  • Approved security required if alcohol is served (off duty constables are typically used)

  • Approved Event insurance required with Triple Mountain Ranch as additional insured and hosted alcohol rider, if being served ( Wedsafe.com  and Eventsured.com are some suggestions, typically $100-200)

  • Alcohol must be served by a licensed vendor

  • We do not currently have preferred vendor list; please provide us with vendors you intend to use as soon as you know so that we may approve


Extras:

  • 15x18 all-weather portable dance floor rental $300

  • 12x16 all-weather portable stage rental with steps $350

  • Denon Prime 4 professional DJ system rental $250 (professionals only) 

  • Multiple fully equipped and private on-site lodges available for rent separately to main wedding party and family. Can accommodate up to 70 guests

  • Multiple RV sites with hookups/many scenic trails and overlooks

  • Bunk house also available to rent for guests not able to drive after the event
