Cozy Lodging Options

We offer a wide variety of lodging options for your party’s preferences. Stay in a big lodge near the center of the action or tucked into a mountain hideaway.

A Selection of Cozy Lodging

In keeping with the pastoral vibe of the event centers at Triple Mountain Ranch, our lodging is correspondingly simple yet tasteful. All accommodations are clean, comfortable, climate-controlled, and newly renovated. We love that we can offer our event guests comfortable on-site lodging so that they don’t have to be concerned about finding—and getting to—lodging elsewhere. This frees everyone to simply celebrate and enjoy the party. Most accommodations are lodges with multiple private rooms and complete kitchens. Some even have laundry facilities.

The Woods Lodge

Seven Bedrooms
Sleeps 22 (15 beds)
Full Kitchen
Living/Dining Room
Two Full Bathrooms
Covered Porch
Handicap Accessible
The Woods is the largest lodge on the ranch, a giant meandering seven-bedroom ranch-style behemoth that can accommodate quite a lot of people very comfortably. Six of its seven bedrooms are off of the same long hallway, giving The Woods the sense of a single-story hotel. The seventh bedroom is situated nearer the living room.
Sleeping options in each of the bedrooms vary. Some bedrooms have combinations of full beds and single or bunk beds while others have only one queen-sized bed. The multiple options for sleeping arrangements can easily accommodate individuals’ preferences for degree of privacy while families can comfortably stay together.
The Woods is ADA-friendly. Additionally, our ADA guests tend to find the Woods’ near proximity to the heart of the action also quite convenient.

Common areas at the Woods Lodge include the main room, a full kitchen, a large covered front porch, two large separate bathrooms, two large separate showers, and a sink room with two sinks. The Woods Lodge does not have a washer / dryer or a dishwasher.
The Woods is situated nearest the Texas Room and Event Tent, making the walk between the party and your room a very short one.

Due to its large size and close proximity to the center of the action, the Woods Lodge is a very popular lodging option for a lot of our guests. You might have to check it out for yourself!

The Trails End Lodge

Bunkbed Nook
Living/Dining Room
Three Bedrooms
Full Kitchen
Sleeps 12 (9 beds)
Dishwasher
Small Covered Porch
Two Full Bathrooms
Continuing down the path a bit from the large Woods Lodge, the smaller Trails End Lodge is cozily nestled in a small patch of trees at the very end of that trail. Still plenty close to the center of the action, the Trails End Lodge is also located just far enough away to be much quieter and more private than the sometimes-rowdy center.

The Trails End Lodge is the nearest lodging option to the Barn venue space.

On the Inside

Inside, the Trails End has a large living room with three full-sized sofas and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The kitchen is open enough and large enough for multiple people to be using it at the same time.

The Trails End Lodge has three full bedrooms plus a nook. One of the bedrooms is quite large while the other two are more medium-sized. The large bedroom has three beds, the mid-sized rooms have a full and a twin bed each, and the nook has a set of bunk beds in it.

We’ve furnished both bathrooms with the usual amenities, except that one bathroom boasts a lovely larger tub for your long peaceful soak in the mountain air.
The Trails End Lodge does not have a washer / dryer. However, it does have all of the other comforts of home, and guests of Trails End Lodge appreciate its more discreet location and the open space the lodge offers.

The Blue Sky Lodge

Living Room/
Dining Room
Sleeps 8 (5 beds)
Half Kitchen (Kitchenette)
Small Covered Porch
Two Full Bathrooms
Washer and Dryer
Three Bedrooms
The Blue Sky Lodge is very close in proximity to the Drunk Bunks and the main parking area. The Blue Sky Lodge is much more private because of where it sits on the ranch, but the walk to all main venue spaces from the Blue Sky is still very short and easy.

The Blue Sky Lodge enjoys a location that’s a bit quieter and more private than most of the other accommodations options. Most of the ranch’s lodging is situated near the center of the action, but the Blue Sky Lodge is tucked behind the “Dining Hall”, a pre-existing building which we don’t use currently in the event venue setup. This fact that it sits behind a building we don’t use makes the Blue Sky Lodge very quiet, indeed.

On the Inside

Once inside, you will find that the Blue Sky Lodge has everything you need for a simple yet comfortable stay. Its open construction between kitchen, living room, and dining area—all essentially located in one large room—makes the common space feel large and open. This lodge has only a half kitchen, so no stove, but it does have a washer and dryer.
The bedrooms at Blue Sky are spacious and open. Nice windows allow for plenty of natural light. The square footage in each bedroom is ample enough to let you feel like you can spread out and get comfortable during your stay.

The Drunk Bunks

Sleep 16 (16 beds,
All Bunk Beds)
Three Sink Stations
Bunkhouse Cabin
Covered Porch
Two private showers
Two bathroom stalls

Back in the day, when Triple Mountain Ranch was a genuine working cattle ranch, the cabin we call The Drunk Bunks was a good old-fashioned bunkhouse. In fact, the Bride’s Cabin, Groom’s Cabin, and Honeymoon Cabins all used to be bunkhouses. They all have the same dimensions as this one. We renovated those cabins quite heavily, but preserved the original layout of the Drunk Bunks. So when you stay here, you are indeed sleeping in a genuine old-fashioned bunkhouse on what used to be a genuine Texas cattle ranch. If those walls could talk, the stories they might tell of ranch hands that slept here for a spell before moseying along, and the Wild West tales they shared in the darkness.

The bunkhouse has bunk beds for 16 people, two private toilet stalls, two private showers, and three sink stations.

We did put in some upgrades, don’t worry. The flooring is new and everything has been resurfaced, but we’ve done our best to recreate bunkhouse flavors of days gone by with simple yet tasteful décor reminiscent of an old bunkhouse.

Location and Purpose

The Drunk Bunks are situated near the center of the action, right next to the main parking lot and the main event venue. It’s an easy walk from the party when you’re staying at the Drunk Bunks.
The simplest of our lodging options, the Drunk Bunks serve some very important purposes. They’re not usually the first beds to be booked, but they provide a perfect option for overflow when the other lodges are at capacity, and for those guests who did not plan to stay but enjoyed the party a bit more than planned and would rather stay than attempt to drive home.

The Gateway Lodge

Full Kitchen
Living/Dining Room
Two Full Bathrooms
Three Bedroom
Full Bathroom
Dishwasher
Washer and Dryer
Two Covered Porches
The Gateway is one of our nicer lodges. The interior of the Gateway is quite comfortable. It offers three bedrooms with a total of five beds. There’s a full kitchen with dishwasher, a very large living room, and a washer and dryer. One of the bathrooms even has a large garden tub.

The Gateway is the accommodation nearest to the “pink house”, the original Norse settler house on this ranch. The pink house is not safe for guests and we don’t let anyone stay there, but it is visible up on the hill from the Gateway lodge. Most other lodgings do not have this view.

Distance from Event Center

A bit further from the center of the party, the Gateway Lodge is closer to the entrance of the property. The distance to the main venue area from the Gateway is about a half-mile, meaning guests of the Gateway are either in for a relatively long walk or relatively short drive between their rooms and the party. Some guests bring their own golf carts. The walk is beautiful and leisurely, and you’re likely to run into members of our neighboring families of fox, deer, or bunnies.
Situated in the center of a large private field, the Gateway is the most private accommodation we offer. For many guests, its slightly further distance from the hub of the action is worth its advantages. Indeed for some, the distance from the noise of the party is in itself one of the perks of the Gateway. No matter what is happening in the center of the ranch, chances are good you won’t hear a thing out here.

The Lookout Lodge #1 and #2

Sleep 3 beds (2 Beds)
Studio Apartment
Full Bathroom
Microwave and Refrigerator
Covered Porch
There are two of these Lookout Lodges, #1 and #2, one on each side of a duplex-type construction. Each is essentially the same. The Lookout Lodges each have a large bed and a small day bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette area with small refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen sink. There is no stove. It’s a studio lodging, but large enough to be very comfortable for one person or even for a very small group. The covered porch is also a lovely space to enjoy.

Location is Everything

This is a cute lodge, tucked up a little way off of the beaten path, which makes it unique.  It sits at the base of the same mountain where the Pinnacle event space is located. There is a trailhead just to the right of Lookout Lodge for a trail that leads to the Pinnacle and other areas throughout the ranch. We invite your exploration. The Lookout Lodges are a bit of a walk from the main event spaces, but still near enough that most guests find the walk comfortable enough. In fact, on these cloudless warm Texas evenings, that walk is spectacular in its own right.
The Lookout Lodges boast spectacular views. From here, guests enjoy observing the vintage old horse barns, the historic Norse-settler pink house, and plenty of rolling hills dotted with grazing horses and cattle.

The Lookout Lodges are most enjoyed by the couple who is looking for a bit more privacy or isn’t part of a larger family. Also, a lot of wedding clients rent these lodges for their photographers or wedding coordinators.

There’s surely not enough words to portray how much we love Triple Mountain Ranch. I’ll start by saying, wonderful wonderful people who own the venue, the most accommodating, caring! They genuinely want to make your event everything you want and more. The venue itself is perfect, we wanted to make sure we could accommodate our friends and family that had to make the drive and this venue accommodates 70ish which IS the most I found within 2 hours of Dallas. The cabins are adorable. The bridal and grooms suite are decorated so cute and the perfect photo op. They have multiple locations for dining, your ceremony, your reception. It’s really just the most customizable location you can find. They have 2 commercial kitchens depending on the size of your event and it was perfect for our caterer. The venue is quiet and just beautiful all around. I could go on and on for way too long but long story short, THIS IS THE VENUE FOR YOU, run and check it out now! We will most definitely find a reason to go back again.

Jillian is the best host and the property is beautiful, it was the perfect location for our daughter and SIL's wedding. Being able to stay on property for the entire weekend was not only a huge convenience for our entire family it was affordable! The only thing I would say needs an upgrade would be the mattresses on the beds, they are very uncomfortable, but being it was for just a weekend it was okay. If you need anything Jillian is available day or night, she is courteous and very responsive, so if you are like my daughter and SIL, you want hill country but without the overpriced version, Triple Mountain Ranch will be just what you are looking for. Jillian even allowed us to move her arch so we could us a special arch my husband built for our daughter and SIL.

Having our wedding at Triple Mountain Ranch was an absolutely incredible experience. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams. Triple Mountain Ranch was the first venue I chose to pursue because they had absolutely everything we wanted and MORE! Me and my husband were so shocked with how in love we were just by looking at it one time! By the second time we decided that this was the venue we wanted!

To begin with, Jillian is a kind, lovely woman, who genuinely wanted to make our day perfect. The entire process from payment plans to organizing tables and chairs was so easy. Jillian made every effort to accommodate us in every way to make it the most special day for us. She was always quick to respond, making communication simple. All aspects of the contract were clearly explained, and the timeline / due dates were easy to follow. We held our reception in the stunning, tastefully designed Texas Room located on the venue. We had around 60 people and had plenty of room left over. The table settings were gorgeous, the lighting and interior decor was absolutely stunning. The package we had included tables, chairs, a built in bar, sound system and a dance floor! There is so much that was included also! Speaking of the packages offered, Triple Mountain Ranch has amazing options for any budget!

Triple Mountain Ranch even had a Brides get ready cabin and a Grooms get ready cabin! And OH MY GOSH these rooms were so elegant and beautiful! Especially the bride's cabin! These were absolutely beautiful and had everything you would need to get ready! From a restroom with showers to lots of mirrors! There was even a mini fridge and a microwave! Of course there was WIFI all around the venue!

For our ceremony, we were married at the Hitching field! Despite the name it was absolutely beautiful and had a gorgeous background! This ceremony area had the most beautiful white wooden benches and could seat up to 500 people! We only had around 200 so we had lots of room left over! My favorite part was the white wooden walk thru doors that were opened for guests to walk through and set and for our wedding party to walk through. When it came time for me to walk down I was able to have them closed and opened for me personally!

During the reception, we had our food buffet set up in the Bluebonnet Room which is also where we held cocktail hour for our guests while me and my husband and our families took pictures! This room had a built in bar, a commercial kitchen and a beautiful covered porch! Next to the Bluebonnet Room is where our reception was set up which was called the Event Tent! This isn't your normal tent. It was lit up with beautiful lights and chandeliers that seated up to 300 people! Next to the tent was the Courtyard that had beautiful lighting along with a fire pit, horseshoe, cornhole, basketball, volleyball, gaga ball and lots of picnic tables and benches to hangout and have fun! The amount of compliments we received on how beautiful our reception was was astronomically high! After dinner and our speeches we then moved our party into the Texas Room! This was where we had our cake cutting and dancing! This room was just so beautiful and everything we could've asked for the sound system made is easy for our Dj to set up and everything! The professional dance lighting system and fog machine made the night even more fun and just overall amazing! After all of the fun we didn't have to leave the venue or pack up and head to a hotel and neither did our family who drove into state for the wedding! Me and my husband had the privilege to stay the night in the beautiful honeymoon Cabin! This room was just amazing and so beautiful! Our favorite part about the room was the restroom! The shower was huge and just beautiful! We had our own coffee bar, fridge and microwave! Our family also had the choice to stay in the lovely on site cabins so they didn't have to leave! These cabins were absolutely beautiful and perfect for guests who lived out of state!

This beautiful venue has so much to offer when it comes to your wedding. They have sand valley ball, a fire pit, hiking trails, multiple kitchens, a dance hall with bar area, the dining tent and different options for where to have your ceremony. They also have lodging for up to 72 people and 5 RV hook ups so multiple people can stay there with you. Jillian is an amazing host who was always there to answer any of my questions, and came up with solutions if something didn’t go as planned. She truly made my time there easy and great for everyone that came. I recommend booking the whole weekend so you can really enjoy everything Triple Mountain Ranch has to offer. You will also be able to have more time to relax and enjoy your friends and family. Our wedding was such a wonderful time, we are still getting compliments from our guest who attended. I promise you will not regret booking this venue!
